Include the client and browser version, a short reproduction, and the exact error text. Do not send a private board URL, board ID, access key, image payload, or confidential board content unless support explicitly asks for the minimum necessary diagnostic information.

For vulnerabilities, use the contact and disclosure process in https://cnvs.app/.well-known/security.txt. Security reports are separate from ordinary product support.
